We do NOT store credit card details or process payments directly.

3. Order Routing & WhatsApp

MenuHorse acts as a bridge. Once you click "Order on WhatsApp," your data is transferred to the restaurant's WhatsApp chat. At that point, your interaction is subject to the restaurant's own privacy practices and WhatsApp's terms of service.

4. Data Storage & Security

In compliance with UAE data laws, we prioritize secure, encrypted storage for restaurant owner account data. We implement appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way.

5. No Marketing Spam

We will never sell customer phone numbers to third parties. Your data is used only for the specific order you placed or for managing your restaurant account.

6. Your Rights

Under UAE law, users can request the deletion of their order history or account data from our database at any time by contacting support at support@menuhorse.com.
